Refund policy

You see the verdict, the comparable homes and the math before you pay, so you know what the packet will contain. Because of that, refunds are limited to cases where we got something wrong.

We refund in full when

• We cannot generate your packet.
• The packet was built for the wrong parcel, for example a different APN or address than your notice.
• You ordered a manual packet and the three tests do not support a protest; we tell you and refund the $49.

We do not refund

• Because of the outcome of your appeal. The county or review board decides, and no outcome is promised.
• Because a deadline passed before you filed.

Tax Watch

Tax Watch renews yearly at $19. We email 14 days before renewal with a one-click cancel link. If a renewal charges and you have not used that year’s re-check, email us within 30 days and we refund it.

How to ask

Email help@appealmetrics.com with your order email and the address. We answer the same day in season and refund to the original payment method.
