We collect as little as we can: an address to check, and an email if you choose to save a report or buy. We never ask for a county login, a Social Security number or a signature.
What we collect
- Addresses you check, and the public property records for them and comparable homes.
- Your email, if you save a report, buy, or create an account.
- Order details from Stripe: what you bought, the amount, and your billing country and postal code for sales tax. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data: pages viewed and a hashed IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To run the check, build your packet, and email you the result, receipts and the deadline reminders you asked for.
- To publish aggregate results (for example, win rates by county). Individual outcomes appear only if you opt in, and never with your address.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Clerk (sign-in), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting), each under their own security terms, in the United States.
Retention and your choices
- Addresses are kept with a report only if you save it or add it to a dashboard.
- Every reminder email has a one-click stop.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data; we do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
