Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to check their assessment and read the result, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we do
- Text and controls meet AA contrast in light and dark themes.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus.
- Pages use real headings, labels and table markup so screen readers can follow them.
- The scan works without JavaScript, and the packet PDF is tagged text, not an image.
- Numbers are written out with their units; nothing relies on colour alone to carry meaning.
Known limits
Some county forms we link to are PDFs published by the county, and we can’t change how they were made. If one doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll walk you through it.
Report a barrier
Email help@appealmetrics.com or use the contact form (topic: Accessibility). We reply within one business day and fix confirmed issues as a priority.
